FOUNDATION™ Certified Professional FF-400

This comprehensive, full-week course is a hands-on class that covers all areas of fieldbus instrumentation: design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This course is designed for technicians, operators, and others who desire to be fieldbus certified. Course highlights include:

• Fieldbus introduction
• Device planning and naming (tagging)
• Differentiation between fieldbus protocols
• The ability to recognize fieldbus systems, and to discern the roadblocks to implementing them and the advantages of having them
• Installation of fieldbus segments
• Proper wiring and cabling techniques
• Device and network configurations
• Maintenance, testing and troubleshooting
• Hands-on lab
