President
Dr. Earl D. Brooks II began serving as the 16th president of the institution in 2000. Since his inauguration in June 2000, Dr. Brooks has brought a strong academic background and substantial fundraising experience to Trine. He was the youngest college president in the state at his hiring, and the second youngest to serve as president of Trine.

Trine's Board of Trustees is comprised of 29 men and women.
University’s Past Presidents
The University has been led by fifteen presidents between 1884 and 2000, when Dr. Brooks assumed the leadership of Tri-State University (now Trine University).
University's Academic Council
Trine's six schools of study continue to thrive under their current leadership. Trine's academic council consists of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the registrar, two assistant vice presidents, and the five respective deans.
