Honors Program
Explore topics in greater depth through our rigorous honors courses. Members of the program gather together for enrichment and social activities, and receive priority registration and special recognition at graduation.
Study Abroad
Gain a world perspective valuable in our global economy through semester, yearlong, summer, or spring-break study abroad programs in more than 12 different countries.
ROTC
Apply ROTC scholarships to your education at Trine. You’ll gain leadership skills in ROTC Air Force training courses available through our agreement with the University of Notre Dame.
Cooperative Education
Alternate semesters of employment with full-time study to support academic knowledge with relevant work experience. A co-op background is highly regarded by prospective employers.
Students in Free Enterprise
SIFE is a non-profit student organization that focuses on community service through utilizing classroom knowledge to help build success skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and market economic knowledge.
Summer Session
Accelerate your education by taking summer courses. Trine’s extensive selection of required undergraduate courses can be taken in either 6- or 12-week formats from mid-May through early August.
Project Lead the Way
Trine awards college credit and scholarships in the Allen School of Engineering & Technology to students who have taken engineering and technology courses through Project Lead the Way (for high school and middle school students).
Middle College
As a high school student, you can jump-start your college education through Trine University’s Middle College. You’ll earn college (dual/concurrent) credit attending courses at Trine while you’re still attending high school.
Camps, Fairs, Competitions
Kids take on challenges in science and technology through Trine’s academic summer camps, including Lego Summer Camp and B.E.S.T. camp for middle school students.
