Students in Free Enterprise
Get a head start on your professional career.
Beginning fall 2011, SIFE will be offered as a three-credit hour class. Students who do not want to take the course for credit should contact Sherry Shipley, Ph.D., at shipleys@trine.edu or professor Julie Howenstine at howenstinej@trine.edu.
SIFE is a non-profit student organization that focuses on community service through utilizing classroom knowledge to help build success skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and market economic knowledge. It helps prepare students for their future careers by involving them in program development as well as organizational financial decisions.
