Registration Fall Semester 2011
REGISTER ONLINE:
You must pay your enrollment deposit before registering. If you have not
already done so please do so before registering. To complete your
Questionnaire for New Students proceed to our online registration.
QUESTIONNAIRE FOR NEW STUDENTS:
The Questionnaire for New Students will be used by your academic adviser
to determine your preliminary class schedule. Feel free to include
comments (in the space provided at the end of the form) you feel would
help us make appropriate course recommendations. Many students find it
helpful to discuss these questions with their parents or spouses before
completing the questionnaire. Please answer ALL form questions.
