Randi brings her gifts as an educator, an entrepreneur, and a business professional to the classroom, which include both face-to-face and online instruction of undergraduate and adult education programs at Trine University, Owens Community College, Raymond Walters College, Baker College, and Branch Area Careers Center. Her business foundation includes twenty years in administration at Material Sciences Corporation and nearly a decade of entrepreneurship as the owner of a virtual professional assistant service.

Will has put his civil engineering theoretical knowledge and his LEED Green Associate Certification to the sustainability test in industry through his work with state Departments of Transportation and local Department of Works, and in the classroom in his teaching of structural engineering, concrete design, and mathematics. Will's research interests in concrete performance, along with his interest in sustainable design provide insight into the bricks and mortar side of sustainable business administration.

Jan brings extensive experience in synthesis, processing, characterization, and clinical evaluation of engineered biomaterials, along with specific work experience in developing biomaterials, pharmaceuticals, blood-biocompatible materials, orthopedic devices, and medical devices to the classroom to illustrate the concepts of biomechanical engineering for his students. His expertise in regulatory affairs, built through extensive collaboration with the FDA during product life cycles, provides tremendous insight from the market to the Regulatory Affairs Concentration.

Kelly Trusty brings nearly two decades of public sector leadership experience to her position as the Director of the Trine University Master of Science in Leadership program. She began her career in education as the District Coordinator of Gifted & Talented Education in Howard City, Michigan, and continued serving in the public schools for 6 years in a variety of positions serving highly able youth, then transitioned into the nonprofit sector, leading collaborative community improvement and drug prevention efforts using her strategic planning and grant writing skills. Kelly has provided strategic planning and proposal writing services on a consultant basis since 2007 to community, governmental, and educational organizations which have resulted in the award of over $60 million in cash and in-kind grants and contracts for social service and educational programs. She has delivered a variety of community education programs, graduate and undergraduate coursework focusing on leadership, asset development, and strategic planning.
