Station 1 – Image Management

PC Computer, Document Scanner, Film Scanner

Scan photos and documents, edit images, and manage documents.

Software includes: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office 2007, Picasa Photo Editor, PDF Converter, Nikon Photo Editor, Omnipage Document Manager

Station 2 – DVD Management

PC Computer, CD/DVD Label Maker

Create, edit, and burn DVDs.

Software includes: Microsoft Office 2007, Sound Blaster X-Fi, Vegas DVD Editor, Audacity Music Editor, DVD Architect.

Station 3 - Apple Station

Apple Computer

Use the unique Apple applications to enhance your project.

Software includes: Adobe Suite, Ilife (Garageband, iphoto, imovie, iweb, iDVD), Comic Life Photo Editor.

Station 4 – Video Management

PC Computer, Record Player, VCR, Double Cassette Deck, HDD Video Recorder, Sound Mixer

Create, edit, and publish videos.

Software includes: Audacity Music Editor, DVD Architect, Vegas DVD Editor, Roxio movie/music burner, Microsoft Office 2007, Video Converters, VLC Media Player

Laminator

The laminator bonds a plastic cover to protect documents or photos.

Rotary Cutter

The rotary cutter makes straight and clean cuts on paper.  It will cut both large and small sheets. Remember to move the cutter from right to left.

Printers

The Center for Digital Excellence has two printers.  The Dell printer (right) prints in color. The HP Photosmart (left) prints photos.
