High School Varsity Team Camp
Cost: $150 per camper or $1500 for 12 players or $1800 for 15 players (2 coaches free)
June 25-28, 2012 or July 9-12, 2012 - All sessions run 6-8pm.
Girls entering 3rd to 6th grade
Cost: $50 per camper
2011 Season in Review
The volleyball team turned in one of their best seasons in recent history as they finished fourth in the conference and qualified for the four-team conference tournament, equaling their best finish in the MIAA. The Thunder ended their season 15-13 with their second winning record since 1999 and just the third in the past 18 years. The Thunder won six straight matches at one points, tying a school record for consecutive wins. Junior Betsy Irwin was named All-MIAA first Team for the second consecutive year, while fellow junior Sarah Radekin was named All-MIAA Second Team for the first time in her career. Irwin and Radekin were honored as the MIAA Players of the Week.
The Thunder traveled to the 23rd annual Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Volleyball Invitational, where they came home with the championship after going 4-0. The Thunder took down host RIT along with the three-time defending champion NYU. Irwin was named tournament MVP while Darcy Crabtree was also named to the all-tournament team.
