To receive a wellness certification, you must accrue 100 points. Point values range based on the type of program. Points for 2011–2012 programs are as follows:

| CPR/AED | 20 |
| BOOT Camp Fitness | 5 |
| Self Defense Class | 5 |
| Red Watch Band Program* | 15 |
| Hypnotic Intoxication | 5 |
| QPR Training | 15 |
| "Let's Talk about Sex" and other topics | 10 |
| Meditation | 5 |

*To receive the individual Red Watch Band Certificate, you must participate in CPR/AED as well as the Red Watch Band Program. If you participate in the Red Watch Bad Program and not CPR/AED, you will receive the points, but not the additional certificate.
Points can be earned over a two year period; however, we encourage you to complete the certification in one year. You will not have to attend every event throughout the year to obtain your certification, as long as you accrue 100 points. If programs are offered multiple times, points will only be awarded for one session of the program.
To receive points, you will need to sign in at the beginning of the program and you will need to sign out at the end of the program.
