  • Community Borrowers
The Library is open to the Public for general use. Local residents can request a Community Borrower card that allows them to check out materials from the Library’s collections: Borrowers must be 18 years of age or older and not enrolled in high school. Initial enrollment in the Library‘s borrowing program costs $25.00 with an annual renewal fee of $10.00 per year (request a borrower card at the 2nd floor Circulation / Reference Desk). Parents or guardians of local school students may purchase a Community Borrower card in their own name and sign a permission form allowing their child to use the card. The parent or guardian takes full responsibility for any library fines and bills incurred by their children for damaged, lost and unreturned library materials. The Library grants guest access to the Internet (a sign in sheet is provided at the main floor Information Desk).
