Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering with a colorful hobby.
B.S., M.S., Ph.D., University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign
I am an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Trine University. I am originally from Illinois, and earned my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
In 2008, I completed my Ph.D. degree, and my thesis was entitled "Symmetries of Wave Equations of Statistical Optics." I have been teaching at Trine University since 2008. During the summer of 2009, I was the program director for the ExxonMobil Bernard Harris Summer Science camp held at Trine University. During the summer camp, local middle school students learned about animal-inspired robots.
My areas of interest include signal processing, electromagnetics, and optics.
