Jeremy Rentz, Ph.d., lives to play volleyball and is the go–to guy for environmental engineering.
Civil Engineering; B.S./Ph.D. – University of Iowa
I joined the Trine University family this year, and each day I have the opportunity to show students that the principles they learn in chemistry, biology and physics can be applied to protect our environmental resources.
I also enjoy mentoring and getting to know students. With degrees in chemical and civil engineering, I can explain how different academic degrees will set students up for a wide number of careers.
When I′m not on the volleyball court, you will find me outdoors enjoying the fresh air. Playing golf at Trine′s challenging Zollner Golf Course already has become a highlight of my weekend and has provided triumphs and tribulations. My wife, Kimberly, and I also look forward to investigating the surround wilderness with our Scottish terrier, Jack.
