Meet Kelly Stout

Ball State University; M.A. Michigan State University This quote describes my philosophy in being the instructor for University Experience, a mandatory first–year course. Students will learn the resources available on campus, but more importantly, they will learn that I am willing to serve as their advocate, mentor and advisor. My graduate degree is in student affairs administration, and my educational passion is in student development, success and retention. Outside of this course, I serve as the Middle College Director, a program for high school students to earn college credits. In my free time, I enjoy visiting art museums (my B.S. is in visual arts education), cheering for the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Reds (especially Peyton Manning and Scott Rolen), and spending time with my family and two cats (Bugsy and Paoli)! |
