Ph.D. Iowa State University of Science and Technology, Ames, Iowa., M.S. Mississippi State University, Starkville, Miss., B.Tech. Kakatiya University, India

I joined Trine University as a visiting assistant professor in fall 2009. Before coming to Trine, I was a doctoral student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University, working with John Deere, the Iowa Department of Natural resources and Cyride in developing low emission combustion strategies in non–road diesel engines to meet stringent future emission standards.

I have also served as an instructor and mentor for several undergraduate students on senior design projects and independent research studies. I come from a town of the size of Fort Wayne in the southern part of India.

As I am interested in history and literature, I like to read books in my free time. My other hobbies include gardening and listening to music.
