The Business Office manages all charges for tuition, fees, and other related charges on a student’s account. We also credit student accounts for payments and financial aid (awards, scholarships, loans). All new students must complete the Payment Agreement Form at the bottom of this page.

Paying Your Bill(s)

We want to make it as easy and smooth as possible for you when it comes to taking care of paying your bills. We use an online system where you can access your account, pay online (securely) and overall track your funds. Easy and simple.

Bill Payment Information

You may pay your bill my mail (Trine University, One University Ave., Angola, IN 46703), or online.

  • ACH
  • Credit Card*
  • Free electronic debit from your checking, or savings, account is also available online.

Returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge. We reserve the right to recover funds by ACH for any returned checks.

*Note: For online payments, American Express, DiscoverCard, MasterCard and Visa are subject to a 2.99% transaction fee. Electronic debit from a checking or savings account is free.

Bill Payment Due Dates

Due by the first day of class (if your bill is not paid by the due date, your classes may be dropped and may result in a $25 late fee each month).

Deferment for Employer Assistance

Please complete our Employer Assistance form and return it to the Business Office. Instructions for completing are included in the form.
