Exceptional Faculty – 7.14.09

Zara C. Sette is one of more than 40 new faculty members who have joined the Trine Virtual Campus in June of 2009. Zara holds a Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac School of Law located in Hamden, Connecticut.

In keeping with Trine′s tradition of exceptional faculty who bring on–the–job experience from their fields of expertise, Zara is a licensed practicing attorney in the states of Texas and Georgia.

In addition to practicing law, Zara owns ZCS Design, LLC and she has taught more than 25 distance learning classes over the past nine years.

Zara has co–authored several articles, including:

"Teaching online education today plays a role in the personal and professional lives of the student. The student now has the convenience and flexibility to realize personal goals of a degree that was not obtainable in the traditional classroom due to the time constraints between work and family." said Sette.

Dr. Sette is excited about the upcoming fall semester when she will be teaching CRJ 623 — Governmental Accounting, Finance and Budgeting.
