Summary

The Administrative Assistant – TrineOnline Enrollment supports the recruitment efforts of each academic group.  This position requires a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude and ability to form positive relationships with staff throughout the university. This individual should be flexible, visionary, creative and energetic. The Administrative Assistant should also have high technology skills. Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision with excellent decision-making skills.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare various enrollment related reports
  • Maintain marketing materials and promotional items. 
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, and responsible for ordering of supplies
  • Prepare student files with necessary documents (applications, transcripts, financial aid, and pertinent documentation). 
  • Verifies completeness of the student admission files and forwards to the Registrar's Office.
  • Prepare acceptance/denial letters and welcome packets.
  • Processes students from Admission to Registration
  • Assist with event preparation
  • Prepare and process mailings
  • Serve as internal TrineOnline point of contact for other departments within Trine University.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

 Education and/or Experience

A minimum high school or GED diploma required with a minimum of four years of administrative support/business administration experience. Associates degree preferred.
