Trine career fairs offer networking opportunities

SEPT. 22 -- Trine University students and faculty will enjoy networking opportunities for mentoring and jobs with premier employers this fall and spring.
The first of these networking opportunities is the Fall Engineering & Technology Career Fair. This event will be take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24 in the Jim and Joan Bock Center for Innovation and Biomedical Engineering.
The fall career fair kicks off several major-focused recruiting events in September and October. Other events for the fall season include:
- Health Sciences Career Night, 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28 in Fabiani Theatre
- Ketner School of Business Open House, 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12 in Ford Hall
- Jannen School of Arts & Sciences Career Day, 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19 in the Rick L. and Vicki L. James University Center Mall
Following this spring is the Trine University Career & Internship Fair. Appropriate for all majors, this fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28 in the Rick L. and Vicki L. James University Center Mall.
These events are held by Trine’s Career Services department for Trine students. Of Trine’s 2014 graduates, 99.7 percent were employed or in graduate school within six months of graduating.
