Downs featured in Travel Indiana magazine
Todd Downs, executive chef with Bon Appetit Management Company at Trine University, is featured in the current edition of Travel Indiana magazine.
The magazine’s “Indiana’s Top Chefs” segment describes Downs’ career and his work at Trine.
“Chef Downs makes kitchen magic every day,” the article states. “He brings a world of experiences — actually, wordwide experiences — to the multicultural university palate. And to walk-in diners.”
