Free lunch and learn event to focus on dealing with difficult people

FEB. 29 – Trine University’s School of Professional Studies will host an educational event in Avon next month.
A “Dealing with Difficult People in the Workplace” lunch and learn session will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 16 at the Indianapolis Regional Education Center, 7508 Beechwood Centre Road, Avon. The event begins with lunch and networking followed by the presentation.
Presenters Nancy Stiegmeyer, dean of graduate school, and Jackie Delagrange, director of the Master of Science with a major in criminal justice and Master of Science in leadership programs, will discuss how to effectively deal with challenging coworkers and colleagues.
“This program is an enlightening and interactive workshop that focuses on learning how to handle conflict and difficult situations that may arise in the workplace,” Stiegmeyer said.
