Colleges across the Midwest coming to Steuben County for fair

Area high school juniors and seniors as well as families looking for information about colleges and universities from around the Midwest are invited to the Steuben County College Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 13, in Trine University’s MTI Center.

The event, which will include representatives from more than 30 higher education institutions, will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

“We’re excited to be able to present this event again in person as a service to our local community,” said Kim Bennett, vice president for enrollment management at Trine. “College fairs provide high school students a convenient avenue to learn about many different higher education options, including some they might not otherwise be aware of.”

Representatives from Trine’s Financial Aid Office will conduct a session on college financial aid from 6:30-7 p.m. in Club Z, in the lower level of the MTI Center.
