Graduates of Trine University’s TrineOnline Bachelor of science in organizational leadership program will gain the knowledge and skill set required to fulfill that role in corporate and nonprofit sectors.

The organizational leadership degree prepares students with the competencies needed to serve as effective, impactful leaders in a variety of organizations. It is the entry point to leadership education at Trine University, offering graduates an easy transition into the Lou Holtz Master of Science in Leadership program.

The Experience

The online organizational leadership curriculum focuses on organizational innovation, team dynamics, organizational culture and diversity, influence and motivation, conflict resolution and leadership communication. Students in the program will identify critical behaviors that can positively impact their ability to lead and influence their organizations' members. Students will demonstrate these critical behaviors in team, culture and communication efforts within organizations.

The Results

Students who earn Trine University’s Bachelor of science in organizational leadership degree will identify leadership theories that can be applied to today’s increasingly complex organizational environments. Graduates will develop skills and abilities that will allow them to effectively innovate and guide organizations and their members, allowing them to advance in the workforce, further their education and/or make a positive impact in their communities.
