After working as a manager and director for a Fortune 500 company for several years, I decided I would like to teach at the university level. I consider myself a lifetime learner and want to pass my love of learning and my experience in the corporate world onto the students I teach as well as learn from them. I have taught various classes at Trine University: Professional Studies students, undergraduate students on main campus and online, and graduate students on main campus and online. I currently teach online for TrineOnline. I am also a curriculum coordinator for the MBA program. I have received a certificate for completion of the Quality Matters APPQMR workshop. The APPQMR information will be helpful in the development of the Open Educational Resources (OER) online courses, a new concept for TrineOnline.
My husband and I live at Lake James in Angola and have two grown children who work in the medical field. I enjoy boating, water sports, reading, genealogy research and traveling. We have traveled to Europe a few times, the islands of the Caribbean, and 45 of the 50 states in the U.S. Five to go!
