Tomas Pasqualini of Argentina and Tamim Fattah of Syria, both students at Trine University, try their hand at making jack o’lanterns during the university’s pumpkin-carving contest Wednesday evening, Oct. 26, at Trine. The annual event, held in the Whitney Commons inside the Rick L. and Vicki L. James University Center, attracted about 30 students as well as entries from faculty and staff. The winning pumpkins will remain on display in the University Center through Halloween.

Trine University and the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) will partner to provide Trine students with pathways to doctoral degrees and careers in osteopathic medicine, pharmacy, dentistry and podiatry.
The Trine University Career Center hosted its largest career fair on record on Sept. 25.
Readers of Fort Wayne Newspapers have voted Trine University the Best College in the Greater Fort Wayne region for the fifth straight year.
