Trine tops private colleges in online education ranking

April 05, 2017

Trine University offers the best online education program among private colleges in Indiana, according to rankings released last month by College Choice.

Trine was among the “24 Best Online Colleges in Indiana” recognized by the publication, and ranked highest among the private colleges included in the list. College Choice said the rankings were determined by a “return on investment” score that weighs tuition cost against the expected early career income of graduates.

This fall, Trine will begin offering its Lou Holtz Master of Science in Leadership degree in a more flexible, affordable program. The new MSL is the first offering of the new Trine Flex program, which provides a convenient path to a master’s degree for adult learners.

College Choice is an independent online publication dedicated to helping students and their families find the right college. Besides publishing rankings and reviews, it offers resources to help students get into, pay for and thrive at the college of their choice.
