Kline named to executive committee for state association

KlineAnthony Kline, Ph.D., dean of the Franks School of Education at Trine University, has been voted by deans from colleges and universities across the state to the executive committee of the Indiana Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (IACTE).

"It is an honor to be elected to this committee, and I’m humbled to help represent education deans of institutions throughout Indiana,” he said. “I'm confident that the experiences I gain from this service will help us strengthen the exciting growth occurring in Franks School of Education at Trine University."

A professional association of higher education institutions with undergraduate and/or graduate programs for professional educators, the IACTE is made up of university administrators and faculty.

Kline was elected to a two-year term on the executive committee, which sets annual goals for the association, develops and implements policy, and approves budget plans.
