Members of the alumni board from Trine University’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity installed bricks Thursday, Dec. 3, in front of the fraternity house recognizing members who served or are serving in the military or as first responders. Board member Rick Hoover said he hopes the recognition serves as an example for current members as they see the names when entering or leaving the fraternity house. The Higher Learning Commission (HLC), an independent agency that accredits degree-granting institutions throughout the United States, has continued and reaffirmed the accreditation of Trine University, with the next reaffirmation of accreditation set for 2035-36.
Trine University has launched a new online Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree program for professionals seeking to advance their leadership expertise, strengthen strategic decision-making skills and address complex organizational challenges through applied research.
The Trine University community is grieving the loss of alumnus, longtime trustee, and namesake of the T. Furth Center for Performing Arts, Dr. Tomas Furth.
