The Humanities Institute at Trine University is once again hosting its annual Book
Night. The event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 4-7 p.m. in the T. Furth Center
for Performing Arts.
The event will have free new and gently used books from all genres. Any books not
taken by community members will be donated to local community organizations. Last
year, nearly 1,600 books were taken by more than 300 community members.
This year's event will feature the Kra-Tib food truck, prizes given away every half
hour, and trivia. Prizes have been donated by Caleo, Claudy Creations, Elemento, Golden
Green, Jenny Lu's, Starbucks, the Trine University Bookstore and Wieland Chase.
The event is free to attend and all books are free to be taken by anyone.
