Ewing promoted to executive director of international services and operations

Hannah EwingTrine University has promoted Hannah Ewing to the new role of executive director of international services and operations.

Ewing mostly recently served Trine as senior director of international services and operations, following the merger of Trine’s College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS) and Office of International Services (OIS) in 2022.

“During the last year, Hannah has gained extensive knowledge of OIS admissions and Student and Exchange Visitor Program regulations. She has dedicated countless hours to improving processes and enhancing our overall efficiency,” said Keirsten Eberts, vice president of online and international studies. “Not only does she ensure that we are compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by the government, but she also maintains a student-centered approach, ensuring that our procedures align with the needs of our students. I am grateful for all that Hannah and the OIS team have accomplished and continue to accomplish every day!”

As executive director of international services and operations, Ewing will oversee international admission and international student support services at Trine University.

She will provide leadership and strategic vision for the Office of International Services admission and student services team. She also will be responsible for implementing processes to improve efficiency for the successful enrollment of international students and will serve as the Designated School Official (DSO) at Trine University. 

Ewing joined Trine University in 2021 as academic director for business programs in TrineOnline. Prior to coming to Trine, she served as a substance abuse counselor for the Center for Behavioral Health in Fort Wayne.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Purdue Fort Wayne and a Master of Science in industrial organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University.
