His manager, Thad Conley, nominated Hayden for his commitment to education and on-the-job learning.
“Hayden has demonstrated his strong desire to be part of a learning environment, gaining hands-on experience while attending college full-time,” the nomination read. “(He) has been an ambassador for Metal Technologies in recruiting more talent!”
The Impact Awards were presented Feb. 22 during the Indiana Work-Based Learning Conference in Noblesville, Indiana. The awards recognize work-based learning excellence in Indiana by employers, learning supervisors, career development professionals, innovative programs or learners.
