Trine University' s bridge team, the Thunder Aces, competed Sunday, April 6, in the Collegiate Online Tournament.
The Trine team, made up of Treyton Sederstrom, a senior actuarial science major from Cedar Lake, Indiana, Ryan Hoak, a senior civil engineering major from Warsaw, Indiana, Isaac Braun, a junior chemical engineering major from Portland, Indiana, and Ryan Sederstrom, a sophomore electrical engineering major from Cedar Lake, Indiana, defeated teams from New York University and Carnegie-Mellon to finish 14th out of 32.
The top five teams received their expenses paid to participate in the North American Bridge Championship in Philadelphia.
Trine University Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students and faculty presented research at the American Physical Therapy Association’s largest national conference, the Combined Sections Meeting, held in Anaheim, California, Feb. 12-14.
A Trine University administrator and a graduating senior are included in this year’s Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly Forty Under 40.
Trine University’s Zollner Golf Course is ranked 10th on the list of Top 25 College Golf Courses for the Golfers’ Choice Awards 2026.
