To enhance access and attract a diverse pool of talented students, Trine University is implementing the Guaranteed Transfer Admission Program (GTAP). This initiative provides a transparent, assured pathway for students transitioning from community colleges and other accredited institutions to Trine University. By formalizing transfer agreements, GTAP supports Trine's mission of offering affordable, high-quality education and clear pathways to degree completion.

Program Overview

GTAP ensures admission to eligible students who meet the following criteria:

Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of an associate degree or a minimum of 24 transferable credit hours from an accredited institution
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Completion of coursework equivalent to Trine University's general education core requirements
- Good academic and disciplinary standing at the previous institution
