Summary
As a member of the TrineOnline Enrollment team, this position provides marketing, communication, project management, and administrative support for the recruitment efforts of TrineOnline Enrollment and Corporate Partnerships. The Administrative Assistant for TrineOnline Enrollment position requires a strong, demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines. The ideal applicant should have a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude and ability to form positive relationships with staff throughout the university. The Administrative Assistant for TrineOnline Enrollment needs to be flexible, visionary, creative and energetic. This position collaborates closely with the TrineOnline enrollment team, various departments, and the University Office of Marketing and Communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Support to the TrineOnline Enrollment Team
- Assists the enrollment team regarding comprehensive communications flow via Slate
- Assists in running processes daily out of Slate
- Processing of TrineOnline Enrollment electronic mailings through Slate as well as printed materials
- Assists with Social Media campaigns, provides content as needed
- Assists with Chamber of Commerce ad/listing updates
- Works closely with the Office of Marketing and Communications to manage the projects, plans and timelines
- Responsible for the coordination for print, video, images, digital and all other forms of marketing requests as needed
- Prepare acceptance/denial letters and welcome packets.
- Prepare student files with necessary documents (applications, transcripts, financial aid, and pertinent documentation).
- Verifies completeness of the student admission files for the Registrar's Office.
- Provides assistance to the TrineOnline Enrollment department with event preparation
- Other Duties as Assigned
Education and/or Experience

A minimum high school or GED diploma required with a minimum of four years of administrative support /business administration experience or an associate’s degree preferred.
