Summary

Provide administrative support to one or more programs in the College of Health Professions. Excellent communication skills are vital along with appropriate customer service skills and professional conduct in dealing with individuals. Ability to consistently follow detailed oral and written instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phone, and sort/deliver mail
  • Prepare letters, reports, memoranda
  • Copy, collate, and distribute materials
  • Schedule meeting rooms
  • Prepares adjunct and faculty overload contracts
  • Complete purchase requisitions as needed
  • Attend program specific meetings and take minutes
  • Assists with information sessions and student orientation
  • Schedule classrooms

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) - to - four (4) years of related experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical school
  • Knowledge and/ or experience with program assessment or ARC-PA accreditation preferred
  • High level of computer and computer software literacy required (MS Office with Excel, Access, SPSS, WebAdmit, etc)
