Summary

The Admission Processor is an important point of contact for prospective students, playing a vital role in managing and facilitating the admission processes. This role involves handling student records within the admission system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper data upkeep. The Admission Processor is responsible for providing personalized assistance to prospective students, maintaining student information, managing inquiries, and guiding applicants through the admission process, including answering general financial aid questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one guidance to prospective students, delivering prompt and individualized assistance to address their queries and concerns.
  • Assist applicants through the admission process, ensuring they have the necessary information and support to complete required steps.
  • Update and manage online student information within the admission system, maintaining accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, promptly responding to questions through the online inbox and over the phone.
  • Assist with the upkeep of student records, including updates, modifications, and the merging of duplicate records, to ensure data consistency and reliability.
  • Oversee the processing of transcripts and verification of prior enrollments, ensuring that documentation is managed efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate with the academic team to relay important information regarding student status changes and updates.
  • Answer general questions related to individual student financial aid availability, and assist students in navigating financial aid resources to make informed decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

A minimum high school or GED diploma is required.
