Provides management of all admission processes including supervisor of all student workers.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support to the Office of Admission for both Angola and TOL
  • Manages tracking of all inventory and filling of inventory requests
  • Runs all processes daily out of Slate
  • Maintain new student files
  • Supervisor of all ADM student workers
  • Co-Manage the tele-counseling process, student callers and weekly reports, call lists and training
  • Interviews, hires and trains all office student workers
  • Co-Manages, hires and trains all tour guides
  • Back up to front desk as needed
  • Back up to senior admission coordinator as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the V.P. For Enrollment Management

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
