Summary
This position will be responsible for the direction and execution of all admission operations processes and data flow – including annual cycle prep. They will efficiently build applications, forms and events within the admission CRM system. They will be the lead CRM trainer for all new enrollment management staff and student workers. This position will be a resource in all areas related to the entire enrollment management funnel. This position will be a leader who is a strategic thinker who can design solutions to implement enrollment and financial aid strategies
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy and lead the execution of all departmental functions throughout the Admissions life cycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Manage the cycle prep operations
- Effectively utilize CRM system for all Enrollment teams, including but not limited to applications, recruitment, and communication.
- Loads data from external sources and ensures proper mapping takes place
- Identifies and defines new process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and render official admissions reports and provide ad-hoc data to the admissions team and leadership, as requested.
- Builds and maintains custom online portals for use by admissions staff, prospective students, and applicants.
- Develops a process for financial aid to flow into the admission system
- Effectively create scholarship applications and subsequent data files
- Lead the development of coherent and robust business processes for internal staff, including documentation and training.
- Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen recruitment
- Analyze application data to help optimize admissions decisions and perform quality control checks prior to admissions decisions and financial aid release.
- Prepares, reviews, and submits reports as necessary.
- Identifies problems and analyzes causes, recommends actions or alternative solutions and follows up to make sure problems are corrected.
- Confer and collaborate with stakeholders about enrollment data
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required with three to five years of related experience.
