Summary
The general duties of the assistant is to assist in the operation of mail room.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The assistant will perform duties that exceed customer expectations and contribute to an efficiently run mail services. Some of the duties include:
- Interact with customers, faculty and staff
- Deliver and pick up mail from offices around campus
- Deliver and pick up mail from post office
- Check in mail delivered by USPS, UPS and FedEx
- Distribute mail into student mail boxes
- Operate mail room metering machine computer
- Process single letter/package mailing to bulk mailings
- Utilize Q Trac package processing system
- Search for competitive rates on computer
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED

Salary
The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
