West Noble students

Second-graders from Kim Terry’s class at West Noble Elementary School play a game of “Simon Says” with Trine University students Nicole Whitmer, top left, and Sloan Davis, top center, and their teacher, third from right, on the lawn of the Rick L. and Vicki L. James University Center at the Angola campus. The class visited Trine on Tuesday as part of the school’s No Excuses University program, which seeks to make students more aware and motivated about a college education. The students learned about Trine prior to visiting and took part in a tour, questions and answers with an admission counselor and other activities while on campus.
