DPT Class of 2020 welcomed with white coats

Trine University welcomed the Doctor of Physical Therapy program's Class of 2020 on Sept. 1 at the annual White Coat Ceremony held at the Health Sciences Education Center.

The fourth cohort in the Trine's DPT program, the group is Trine's largest DPT class, with 35 students. The students represent nine states  (Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah) and include one international student, Jithmie Jayawickrema of Sri Lanka.

During the ceremony, each student is presented with a white coat symbolizing their entry into the physical therapy profession.
