Golf management majors attend Indiana PGA meeting

Five Trine University golf management majors — from left, Austin Miller, a junior from Kokomo, Indiana; Carlos Coeto, a junior from San Luis Potosi, Mexico; Morgan Barrasas, a senior from Hobart, Indiana; Grant Brettnacher, a junior from West Lafayette, Indiana; and Todd Mieske, a junior from Owosso, Michigan — attended the annual Indiana PGA Spring Business Meeting on Monday, Feb. 25, at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie.

The students attended the Past Presidents’ Luncheon and participated in the organization’s business meeting. During the event, Catherine Benson, director of golf management at Trine University, was presented the Indiana PGA’s Horton Smith Award and elected secretary for the organization.
