More than 90 attend 'What is Philanthropy?' event

Members of the Student Foundation of Trine University stand with filmmaker Salvatore Alaimo, Ph.D., center, following the showing of his documentary, "What is Philanthropy?" in Fabiani Theatre on March 27.

More than 90 people attended the event, which included a question-and-answer session with Alaimo. The film seeks to enhance the public’s understanding of philanthropy and its role in American culture and society.
