Trine education dean contributes to new collection for K-12 teachers

KlineA leading academic publisher has added the “Handbook of Research on Efficacy and Implementation of Study Abroad Programs for P-12 Teachers,” with a chapter co-authored by Anthony Kline, Ph.D., to its new K-12 Online Learning E-Book Collection.

Kline, dean of Trine University’s Franks School of Education, collaborated with education faculty from Ball State University on the project.

IGI Global, which published the handbook, said it was carefully assessed and selected for the new collection. The K-12 Online Learning E-Book Collection is designed to provide valuable professional development resources to those within K-12 educational settings.

The “Handbook of Research on Efficacy and Implementation of Study Abroad Programs for P-12 Teachers” discusses types, locations and impact of study abroad experiences geared toward teacher candidates and current teachers. It highlights opportunities available and the challenges encountered during the development and implementation of study abroad programs.
