Trine podcast looks at diversity and inclusion in professional sports

In the newest episode of Trine University’s Center for Sports Studies podcast, a staff member from the National Football League’s Corporate Office talks about diversity, equity and inclusion programs in professional sports.

Center director Brandon Podgorski interviews Grant Floto of the NFL’s Junior Rotational Program, who works as an analyst in diversity, equity and inclusion with the NFL. The podcast covers Floto’s path to the NFL Corporate Office and how professional leagues are using their diversity, equity and inclusion programs in talent acquisition, marketing and community relations.
