Golf photographer, influencer shares insights on Trine podcast

Patrick KoenigProfessional golf photographer Patrick Koenig, one of the most popular golf influencers in the United States, shares how he built his incredible brand on the newest episode of Trine University’s Center for Sports Studies podcast.

After graduating from Indiana University in 2002, Koenig began a career in technology sales, but then turned his passion for golf into a new career photographing the country’s most beautiful golf courses. His work has been featured in GOLF Magazine and Golf Digest, and he has twice traveled to St. Andrews in Scotland to shoot and blog during the British Open. He has more than 90,000 followers on Instagram, where his work is available @pjkoenig.

Produced through the Trine Broadcasting Network, the Trine Center for Sports Studies podcast focuses on the business side of sports, including interviews with sports professionals and current research in sports studies. To address access barriers that exist for marginalized students in these Trine-sponsored charter schools, the authorizing office has teamed up with additional university personnel to intentionally expose Trine charter students to campus and the instant admissions process.
