Commencement Parking and Directions

** Road construction on I-69 in Dekalb and Steuben Counties between mile markers 334 and 350. Expect lane restrictions and reduced speed zones. **

The Office of Campus Operations has developed a parking plan in an effort to better serve Commencement visitors on May 4, 2019.

On Commencement day, all visitors and graduates must enter the University using South Darling Street. Visitors will then be directed to disability-accessible parking or general parking areas. Graduates will be directed to designated parking at Hershey Hall. Graduates must arrive by 9 a.m.

Shuttles will be available to transport attendees to and from the commencement ceremony. Shuttle service will be available from all parking areas. Please allow extra time to park and walk/shuttle to the ARC.

Disability-accessible parking

Visitors requiring disability-accessible parking must have a valid disability parking tag or must notify Campus Operations before April 26, to request a disability-accessible parking permit. You may request a disability-accessible parking permit by contacting Campus Operations by email at
