Trine Center for Technical Training

The Trine Center for Technical Training (TCTT) provides technical training and professional development programs, allowing workers to develop the skills they need to succeed. The TCCT accomplishes this mission through two initiatives, the Trine Skills Academy, which provides skills training and professional development on campus and online, and the Trine Training Force, which offers customized on-site technical training programs.

Meeting you where you are

The Trine Center for Technical Training offers educational opportunities for individual workers and businesses in the setting that works best for them.

Classroom

Employees take courses on the Trine University campus, allowing them to make use of our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

Fawick Hall provides state-of-the-art technology, labs and computer resources, including separate computer labs for each engineering specialization.

Opened in the fall of 2013, the Jim and Joan Bock Center for Innovation and Biomedical Engineering offers access to outstanding cast metal labs, materials science and metallurgy labs, alternative energy labs, and bioprocess labs.

The new Steel Dynamics, Inc. Center for Engineering and Computing features cutting-edge technology, including augmented and virtual reality labs, flexible labs and classrooms, an active learning lab with a maker space to foster creativity, and bright, open spaces for collaboration and conversation.

Online

Complete courses in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace, by accessing interactive presentations and training exercises via the internet.

Hands-on

The Trine Center for Technical Training brings equipment and expertise to business sites to train employees in needed areas.
